Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Assist in researching target markets, customer behavior, and industry trends to help refine marketing strategies.

5. Data Analysis: Help analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

6. Competitor Analysis: Research and report on competitors' marketing activities, identifying opportunities and potential areas for differentiation.

7. Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative tasks such as organizing marketing materials, coordinating meetings, and managing marketing databases.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members in the marketing department, as well as cross-functional teams like design, sales, and product development.

9. Event Support: Participate in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

Qualifications:

1. Enrolled in a relevant degree program (marketing, business, communications, etc.) or a recent graduate.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.

6. Creativity and willingness to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.

7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

9. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and software can be a plus.
